PSI offers a Batch Monitoring Indicator System specifically designed to monitor and validate sterilization cycles at the batch or load level. The system is based on a Helix-type Process Challenge Device (PCD) containing an integrating chemical indicator, which simulates a worst-case sterilization scenario.

This test system is suitable for Steam, Ethylene Oxide (EO), Formaldehyde, and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VH2O2 / Plasma) sterilization processes.

The Steam Lot Control Test Set is particularly effective in simulating hollow instruments with narrow lumens, ensuring maximum steam penetration and confirming the sterilizer’s performance under challenging conditions.

Compliance Standards:

• Helix PCD in accordance with EN 867-5 and ISO 11140-1
• Indicator complies with EN ISO 11140-1 Type 2 (specific test indicators)
